We refurbished and extended our entire house over 8 months. George and his team were professional throughout and left the site immaculate each evening which made living through it much more pleasant. Their attention to detail was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. We have not hesitated to recommend them to friends who have all been equally impressed. UKA were contractors on the restoration and complete refurbishment of a 3 storey Edwardian house in Muswell Hill, for which I was architect. It was a very demanding project, taking a large house in a very dilapidated state and transforming every space to an exacting standard, a product of having very skilled in housecarpenters, joiners as well as electrical and plumbing subcontractors. I would happily work with them again.

I bought a derelict house and put out the work to tender to 3 building companies. On speaking to all of them, it was clear that UK Associates not just came with a good track record but completely understood the look & feel i wanted to create with a 9 month project. They were willing to listen to my ideas but added their professional advice when their experience told them I would be happier with another option.
